OK its already set up for gas so I expect to go that way... I'm pretty handy but have never done one before so getting one as close to the same size will probably be my best bet....

I have a property that I need to put a hot water heater in. Any suggestions on what to use? Is one from home depot fine or should I go with something different?

I know price for install would vary depending on the area of the country, but what do you guys spend on getting these installed?

Single family 4 bedroom 2 bath, used for rental now possible flip in a year.

Thanks in advance!

I had a contractor who pour my drive way several years ago come in and do a new project for me, a new garage floor with patio, a sidewalk up to the house and drive way. It was poured in 3 different sections, garage floor first, patio second and driveway and sidewalk last.

When it came time to pour the driveway he came to me and said "the driveway really should have re-bar in it, I will order some" (NOTE:all other projects also had re-bar)

Well he ordered it and had it billed directly to me. Shouldn't this have been included in his estimates as all the other projects had re bar and I was never responsible for paying for it.. My guess is its just an easy way for him to save an extra $250.

I have not paid in full yet and feel that this should be deducted from the final payment. Thoughts?

I have 2 rental properties. When using quickbooks do you normally set up separate accounts for each rental property, or use one file and have accounts for each (Such as insurance, the sub-accounts for each property?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

My credit is ok. Not great not bad. I think my score is 660. I have a couple late payment comments ect on. I think one said seriously delquiency, that was a error from our mortage company. I have tried seceral times to email, file disputes, send letters to get these taken off and have had no luck? Is there any real way to get them off other than to just wait? All are at least 3-5 years old...

Do any of the credit repair compampnies actually work?

Are you buying the HUD homes after they open up to non-homesteaded bidders. All the HUD homes I look at are sold by the time they open the offers up to investors. Thanks for any info.
