I am new to Bigger Pockets. Just signed up tonight in-fact. I have been listening to their pod casts for about 2 days straight now.
I am the daughter of a real estate investor who this year turned 40 with 2 small children. With very little saved for my or their futures it scares me. Rather than be scared I am committed to do something about it. I have seen what real estate investing can do for a family. I am starting with no money, any savings I do have is tied up in 401K's.
I am a hard worker and I believe anything you are doing I can do better (the girl attitude in me) I just need to be shown how.
I am willing to have an open mind and take in any advise. I am tired of working hard for someone else.
