Would like suggestions what you would do. Here's what I have: A) 17ac ranch with dbl wide mobile value 300k, no loan. No cash flow. B) Sf 3/2/2 rent house 200k value, no loan. No cash flow son lives there. C) Sf 3/2/2 airbnb w/ 140k note 1500 mo, value 220k. Cost segregation on all 3.

What strategies would you do to get cash, pay debt and keep property? Or sell all?

Anyone have experience as HOA Management in what happens to revenue when property owners losing their houses? Does HOA have loss of income insurance or some fund to make up the losses until owners get property rehabbed or built? I'm curious.

Unrelated to HOA but if homes won't pass the safety engineered designation, who demo's house and haul off and when does HOA or city make owner to remove?

I have a Home that gets alot of interest wanting to owner finance. I'm not in position to do so, but are there people or companies who would buy my existing home to owner finance to that buyer? Property is on 1 acre in Central Texas, Temple TX, that has complete gut job rehab priced at 300k. Let me know please. Thx.

Unfortunately I did not plan. Starting in new home sales rising to VP of sales and marketing for local builder for 13 years, then starting own real estate company(1000+ transactions), home building(400+ homes) and land developing(300+ lots) for 11 years, mortgages(40+) for 3yrs, self brokerage sales along with fix and flips(60+ flips) to present. Now I am seeing that I need passive income to not work as hard to maintain my current lifestyle and enjoy assets I have along with vacationing and not worry about being unemployed every time I sell a property to find another to fix and flip. Would much rather have some balance. Now at age 61, I missed the boat years ago to plan for what I need today. I have many examples of generating income but none passively. Hope I didnt bore you.
