Good day all, I'm itching to get rid of my tax deed in the Bessemer Lipscomb area. If anybody interested don't hesitate to send me a message. The Tax Deed is for land only. At this point, I just want to get rid of it and not make any money.

Good day everyone, would anybody be interested in a tax deed I purchase in Lipscomb.  I bought the deed under the impression the house was included on the parcel but come to find out, the house under another parcel number.  I'll make somebody a good deal on it, so let me know if you interested.

I purchased a tax deed from the state, thinking it was for a house but its only for the land in Lipscomb.  I'm interested in selling the deed so would anybody be interested in buying the deed?

Has anybody in Alabama performed a successful ejectment after receiving a tax deed, if so, give me more information on what took place? Thanks

I'm buying my first tax deed this month. The house look really nice on the outside but somebody still living there. After I purchase the tax deed, I need to apply for a quiet title and after I receive the quiet title, I need to start the ejectment process. Do anybody know how long it will take for the ejectment process?
