@Lucas Carl

Thank you but Where do I start? Do you have any books in mind?

@Ken Latchers

I had a feeling it’s not as good as they made it seem on the site. Thanks a bunch

I’ve been considering this for a long time. I live In New York so I feel the competition would kill since I’m new to this whole thing. Would I be making a mistake paying the $997 for the Bnb formula? Anyone ever did this or are involved with Bnb ?

I live in NY and I took the online Real-estate courses on Groupon for a cheap price... I Regret it because that literally tells you EVERYTHING!!! It’s soooo much reading(weeks of endless reading) to the point many things become a blur overtime. When I finally took the test I failed possibly being overwhelmed with so much at once I didn’t know exactly what topics should I focus on. FYI MOSTLY everything you read will NOT be on the test. What’s the best site/place to study for the class and state exam? Also what topics should I mostly focus on?

FYI currently taking real estate courses but I was looking into Airbnb. So it’s October and I seen many people post about Brian Page $1000 course and I think totally expensive just for me to be unsure. I couldn’t find any legit individuals outside of his BnB page that actually took the course and I see people writing about it 2years ago. Did anyone take it yet if so how did it go?
