HAHA! Thank you oh wise wheatie! =P

I know i was a little vague with the question. I haven't actually seen the property. I'm just looking to guesstimate repairs on a property that I may put an offer on. Say, 1500-2000 sq.ft. living area. I know it depends on the actual property itself, but I'm just looking for a general knowledge since I've never priced it out before.
