The cheapest possible countertops and cabinets with no changes to wiring or plumbing? And do it all yourself in a small kitchen, $2000. Super fancy cabinets and fixtures, granite countertops, stainless appliances and a huge kitchen? $100,000. Somewhere between that, probably.

A little more info might allow a closer guess. The real answer would come from contractors actually looking at the situation.
