Hey BP,

I'm currently putting my team togther.

Realtor, Lenders, contractors, etc.

My focus is single family rentals <= $75.

Using BRRRR method.

I like to have a plan B for financing my deals.

Plan B - private investors

I know of some people that I believe will be interested in making some $$ with me.

But, what's the typical ROI for a private investor?

Should I offer a deal for the life of property?

Or only for 6mos-1yr until I refinance?

Thanks BP.

Hey BP,

I'm a RE newbie.

So, I'm doing the #bp90day challenge.

Whoop! Whoop!😎

My goal is analyze 2-3 properties and increase by 1 each week.

I find myself 'tweaking' like a crazy woman.

Not sure, if its emotions or being a newbie.🤔

How many times should I tweak the numbers before moving on to the next property?

Thanks BP.
