You're Right. I meant how does the process go when evaluating rehab cost if you're a newbie

Please help! Im new to real estate investing and after analyzing a wholesale deal and calculating the numbers, how should I go about confirming the rehab cost? 

I know nothing about rehab cost but when I find a good deal I want to know the process of confirming my numbers.

Is it worth it to get your real estate licenses just for direct access to the MLS??
