Hello, i’m new to real estate investing and trying to understand the basics before starting my social media marketing. Would any wholesalers in Texas mind emailing me an example of a TREC 1-4 contract thats been filled out for the purpose of wholesaling a single family property. If possible, can you also include any common addendums you use for wholesaling? I saw a couple YouTube videos where some people use a one page contract that’s not TREC but I’m not sure about those.

Any help and/or examples you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
