How the business has dramatically changed over the last couple of years and the "new" way to wholesale with social distancing (virtually) from the safety and convenience of your home.

If you are new to real estate investing or have not really built a thriving wholesaling business yet, you might be thinking that the competition is hard nowadays, or you cannot find good deals. The good news is that it is not true.

I have been wholesaling since 1987. I have done it pretty much all in the wholesaling arena: local wholesaling, virtual wholesaling, co-wholesaling, assignments. And still today I do 100% of my wholesale business with little to no money and you should too!

In order to succeed you have to understand a few things that will give you the hedge to thrive in wholesaling:

It's all a matter of perception. In time of crisis, when a door closes, another one (or several) open;

During this time of changing business environment, the real estate investors who thrive in this business are the ones who improve or reinvent their way to do business;

For a long time I have been talking about conducting real estate investing as a virtual business. I have personally being doing it for several years and nowadays 99% of my business is virtual.

I have survived and thrived through 3 recessions. I will share with you how I have reinvented myself as an investor (and you can too!) and thrive during economic downturns with real estate investing.
