I have been looking at property in LHC, Bullhead and Kingman and the houses in LHC seem the nicest. I am a newbie working on becoming a wholesaler. I think that as quick as that place is going you should be able to sell it quickly.

@Rich Armentrout, I picked wholesaling so we can learn more about the properties and how to do deals. We are eventually going into fix and sell and fix and holds. We already know what to look for in houses from being in property preservation and home inspections. Now we want to know how to get good deals for when we start buying houses and fixing them up. Wholesaling sounded like a good place to start learning this.
