Hi @Danny Voelkel. I invest in Waukesha too. There are some great local groups. Brew City REI Club is a FB group and they host monthly meetups. Cheesy Investors is another FB group that holds monthly meetups in Pewaukee. We also have a monthly meeting for the Waukesha Area Apartment Association which is a branch of the Wisconsin Apartment Association. Reach out if you have any questions!

Hi Karol. Looks like you haven't had any luck finding anyone on BP investing in this area. We are also interested in this buying a STR in this area. Wondering if you were able to find anything out in your research.

I invest outside of Milwaukee county, but I know that in Milwaukee there are good areas and bad areas. Be sure to do your due diligence in that respect. Someone told me about a turnkey company here run by some military veterans. I can’t remember the name offhand but can try to find it if you’re interested.

Get the owner info From the Waukesha county tax site if you haven’t already. Super simple to navigate. Thinking you already did this if you know they are behind on taxes. Send them a letter letting them know your interest in the property. If you can find a phone number you can also give them a call.
