@Charles Carillo

Since I'm orginally from one of the suburban areas outside of Downtown and thats where I stay when I come home, I have an idea of the areas around Pittsburgh where I want to start. I would really like to start when I'm home visiting since I'll have about 45 days of down time. I'm not sure if I should be looking at the listing that I'm interested in or only focused on building my team.

Hi Everybody,

I'm at the beginning/research phase of investing into rental properties and I'm looking to purchase a multifamily property in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. I have about 40k saved and Im itching to to get started. The only thing that is holding me back is my current work situation. While my current residence is in Pittsburgh, I work the majority of the year overseas and come home about two months out of the year. I plan on working overseas for the next two to three years like this. My questions is would it be possible to purchase a duplex while out of the country and what would be the best way to go about it?

Respectfully,

Lauren
