Wanting to learn about real estate and all of its possibilities with flipping and holds (duplexes and single-family). I am trying to get as much information so I can know where to start being that I am starting late in my life. I am a very self determined, humble and eager to learn. I have been dealt life situations and financially I am at zero but I have made great strides and thus I am pursuing my dream.
