I am a newcomer to the real estate investing world although it is something that has interested me for quite some time. I am currently studying finance at Stephen F. Austin State University and look forward to learning an abundant amount through BiggerPockets. I'm always looking for experience and any advice is always welcome also!

I am currently a sophomore in college (Stephen F. Austin State University) and am highly interested in real estate. Currently I am looking for an internship this summer and will really do anything, but preferably something within real estate just to get experience. I have contacted many commercial firms and a few development firms and have gotten some calls back, but nothing set in stone yet. 

Do you all have any advice for me? I live in the Dallas area also if that helps.
