Hi Andrew, I am just starting to invest in Kingport and am looking as well. Any luck? Want to connect?

@Jonathan Mueller thank you!

So you are saying it’s in the Agents best interest to book the inspection up front

Hi All, I was wondering if it's customary for a real estate agent representing both the buyer and the seller to book inspection on behalf of the seller. I am feeling unsure about this and kind of want to book inspections myself, but am open to suggestions.

Thanks!

Thanks @Ola Dantis and @Bill F. definitely appreciate you stopping me from doing something stupid!

@Brenden Mitchum thanks so much! I’m new to the forum and am looking to learn and meet people. I’ve got some thick skin so I won’t let it bother me, but you are right. Now I have something to go and look up. It’s true the podcasts make everything sound so simple. I can tell this is all going to be a journey so I’m taking it one day at a time. I appreciate your willingness to help and be helpful!

@Jeff Wallenius thank you Jeff! Great insights. I am in CA and this is in TN, so based on a number of peoples expertise, this is a no go for me!

@Brenden Mitchum ha! I love this explanation. Thank you so much for your time explaining!

@Bill F. Thanks so much for this. What do you mean? It looks like the rent from the MHs are part of the financials. Why would they not be?
