A little cheaper if you pay it instead of your business but you can't right it off that way...How or full-time Real Estate professionals and investors getting there Health insurance? I'm a licensed Property Manager/Investor in South Carolina. I want my businesses to support my family totally. We figured the cost for insurance using Blue Cross Blue Shield and it's like 15,00 monthly if we let our business provide insurance for a family of 4.
How much are other people paying for health insurance, that is not provided by ones spouses job or job?

Gloria, may I suggest something? It all depends on whats in your lease. In my lease it states that the tenant is responsible for any window broken during there tenancy. But I offer to split the cost with them, if what happen to the window was out of there control... I remember renting a rental van for vacation and a very very small rock damage the window shield( so small I didn't notice) while driving down the highway guess who had to replace the windshield?
