Thank you so much! @Jason Gamio , congrats on your business doing well in NY; that’s great! The property is located near Temple—well the Fort Hood area. It’s a single family house. I did the deal off-market. I used a Conventional Loan with a 15% down payment. I’m excited for you to purchase your first rental too!
