Post: first mortgage and code enforcement liens

If I were to purchase a property at the auction that is foreclosed for first mortgage but has code enforcement liens, will the code enforcement liens go away after I win the bid and pay off the mortgage or do the liens stay on property and I am responsible for them?
I have access to large amounts of code enforcement lists. My question is do I market to active or closed acounts or both? Thanks in advance!!

There are CRM's you can link with your dialer to give you contact information when a lead calls in.
Thanks for the information.

Good afternoon,
I was wondering what are some ways or ideas to use when a prospective seller calls back that will help me know what his/her property address is without me having to call them back or put them on hold to look up said information. Thanks in advance!
I just say, "nice to hear from you, can you give me the address we're going to discuss so I can be sure I have the right one?" If they won't tell you the address, just ask them what you can do for them. They may be calling to tell you off, tell you to f* off, or to just take them off the list.
Don't assume every caller is happy to talk to you. Act like they are, believe that they are, but be prepared that they may not be and are calling to get you to stop bugging them. But, always be polite.

When I first started marketing, I used to put a lot of focus on filtering lists and looking for what I thought had the most motivation. However, with time, I learned that it's all about timing and the number of contacts, rather than how much you filter the list. I would use the entire list, follow up, and retarget several times.

You should market to all. There is no more or less motivation within each separate list.
Thank you

Water Shut Off List: Anyone Have Trouble Getting The Water Shut Off List? Any certain way I should Say it?
Today, I call my county office. The clerk sent me an email with the contact information for the lady at records. I emailed her my request and literally received an email with the link of requested information within 15 minutes. I probably just caught her at the right time. However, they should give you this information since it is public information.
Hello! Today, I received a copy of the water shutoff list from my county clerk. I have 57 pages of information. There are few different categories on the list. There are "shutoff for nonpayment", "shutoff", "seasonal", "shutoff at meter", and "involuntary termination." I know the obvious one "involuntary termination." My question is out of the three: shutoff for nonpayment, shutoff and shutoff at meter; which ones should I market? Thanks in advance!
