Thank you both for responding so quickly I greatly appreciate it.  I would have responded last night but my 9 YO decided to throw a plastic toy at the speed of sound.  No problem until the thing curved like a frisbee and sliced open his brother's head.  My 6YO, actually handled it well.  It got the back of his head not the front thankfully.  Again thank you for being so gracious as to respond to my new guy questions. Does anyone have a contact card they can send me for an attorney that can do a rental agreement for my Gatlinburg STR that I got from the Short Term Shop?

All the ones I downloaded are just not a proper fit.  I just need to prosecute this mission so Go daddy can finish my website.  Because I can build a car or a motorcycle even rebuild a Huey helicopter but building a website, not so much.  

Mostly the Guam LPH9 but the Austin as well as the George Washington.  The Guam  was such a can it broke in the Suez Canal and we had to get pushed through on our way to Somalia. Corpsman fantastic. I ate crayons as a 6174. But i did volunteer to be a rescue swimmer for a B Billet. I got yelled at 🤣. You can imagine how that went.

Love the posts so much information. I have even heard of contacting your insurance company and letting them know you have a property that they can put displaced family's in while their home is rebuilt from a fire of flood.  Naturally that is an extra furnishing expense but insurance companies from what I hear are great tenants. 

Mr. Underwood nailed it.  I add $3.00 to it to compensate for those times you need an extra cleaning or a visit for any number of reasons.  I was advised to not let the cleaning fee be larger than your nightly rental.  Seemed like sound advise so I adhere to that as well.

I just listened to your pod cast,  really impressed.  Starting over from scratch after divorce sucks. I didn't care for it much myself. I thought I was more  motivated than Rocky Balboa until I listened to your story.  Finding someone that treats you bad that's easy, but someone that treats you well and has the proper credentials.  That's a feat.  I'm super blessed in that department my wife is awesome.  Educated, nice, good business sense, kind, thoughtful, and the list just keeps going.  We met on E Harmony 18 years ago now.  Best decision ever, the science behind it works.  Our boys are 6-9 YO so we are late starters but we cherish it more I think.  Your story has really inspired me to push past my comfort zone.  Thank you for that and being so cool to talk to nubies.  The whole pod cast thing amazes me, to be successful enough for that.  Seems like a great goal.
