Thank you so much that was super nice.  All of this is just so new and way out of my comfort zone.  I think once i have a full year under my belt the hook will set and then i can really start to learn and achieve more.  

Well before I got it it made around 55K.  If as a newbie i can do something like that I would be super happy.  I'm the wait and see type, always have been.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Going on vacation.

I found out about Avery Carl at a hockey game of all things as well as bigger pockets. I thought someone else has the same idea, maybe i can learn something. Who knew.

Carly Couch from the Short Term Shop was my agent and she is fantastic.
Johnny Vang from the Mortgage Shop was my DSCR guy and he was fantastic as well.
Kaitlin Thornberg (Mortgage Shop) was also a pleasure to deal with.

My mother had dual citizenship in the US and Ireland.  I'm not sure if the US does that but maybe try that route.
