Excellent point John C, when I first started I closed at the living room table. I would never do it today because of the risk. I always use an attorney when closing.

Hi, I would say yes. It is always good to have a real estate attorney for the unexpected....I would never close any Real Estate deal without a Real Estate attorney.

I believe that social conditioning would prevent most agents from delving into wholesaling...A person can watch you make money but many times they are to worried about perceived lack of security or taking a risk to give it a try.

Adam is really focused on mindset so that in addition to the Co-operative L/O information, you have the proper mindset to do deals instead of being stuck in analysis paralysis. I enjoyed it and continue to enjoy it.
