Hey! If you can’t get seller to show you around, then you can ask your pm to notify tenants that they will be doing a welcome visit to all the homes to capture current condition. You can give them whatever notice is required by their existing lease to enter, go in or send your pm and take photos to use to compare for your records on move out. It puts a face to management and allows to open doors for repairs if need be and makes them aware of who owns property now. Good luck!

Hi there. I am a property manager and real estate broker in the Greensboro/Burlington, NC area and I am looking to grow my network. I am new to the BP forums and arena but anxious to get to work. I know this sounds like a broken record, but I really mean it! I am a member of fortified Dreams Property Solutions, a locally owned property management firm, and we are always growing our door counts! Please reach out to me and let's set a time to meet for a coffee or a conversation and see how we can help each other grow. We are pro investor and work for you in any arena that is buy/sell or management. Our firm believes in using technology to reach a wider audience for rentals of all kinds from STR to LTR. IF you can lease it legally, we can help. Don't let someone pigeonhole how you make money on your investments. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Hi there. I am a property manager and real estate broker in the Greensboro/Burlington, NC area and I am looking to grow my network. i know this sounds like a broken record but I really mean it! I have several lenders I have worked with in the past but looking for a relationship that is more than me just handing over referrals. I am a member of a locally owned property management firm, and we are always growing our door counts and renters become buyers if all goes well. Please reach out to me and let's set a time to meet for a coffee or a conversation and see how we can help each other grow.
