Hi everyone, I just migrated here in the US for around 6 months now, and I'm really fascinated with real estate investing and its potential to change lives. I never done a deal in the past and I'm very new to this. I'm 24 y/o and for the past year, I listened to BP, read the BRRR book, fix and flips and some other books. Currently working as a lab scientist which relatively pays good but then again I'm not sure if I gotta start real estate after years of saving? or can I already start ASAP even without big chunk of cash in the bank? I am like a sponge right now willing to learn or shadow anyone, are there like newbie friendly meetups around the area? Appreciate yall already.
