Hi everyone, I just migrated here in the US for around 6 months now, and I'm really fascinated with real estate investing and its potential to change lives. I never done a deal in the past and I'm very new to this. I'm 24 y/o and for the past year, I listened to BP, read the BRRR book, fix and flips and some other books. Currently working as a lab scientist which relatively pays good but then again I'm not sure if I gotta start real estate after years of saving? or can I already start ASAP even without big chunk of cash in the bank? I am like a sponge right now willing to learn or shadow anyone, are there like newbie friendly meetups around the area? Appreciate yall already.

Go to local real estate meetups to meet other young professionals who are looking to invest or who already invest. Find a local lender, you can start with where you have your money and then branch out, and confirm what you will need to qualify as @Nathan Gesner said above.
