This is the Reia's annual Tour of Homes. We will start with 5106 Thomason ave Midland at 6:00 PM. Then after Moe tells us about this property we will go to 3211 Roosevelt, then to 3112 Kessler. Each year the Tour of Homes is always a great time for people to meet each other and see the homes of people that are in the game.

Good morning Jared Hottle.  I found and bought it. A friend Steve is the expert fix and flipper we went in half on the project. My expertise is land lording. I run the Odessa/Midland Tx Reia group. We opened the house up to the group for education purposes. Two people took advantage of being able to work on it. We had an open house before we started and next Tuesday we are having an open house to let people see the finished house and hear the numbers. I try any idea I can to grow the group. If you have any ideas, please send them my way. I am a big reader. If you read here is some must read books that will really help you in your business. “Work the System” by Sam Carpenter, “Deep work” by Cal Newport, “The One Thing” by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan(this one is whispersync), “Extreme Ownership” by Jaco Willink(also whispersync) and “Never Split the Difference” by Chis Voss(whispersync) A friend of mine read Never Split the Difference and Extreme Ownership and started using the ideas at work and got a raise with in a few months and now is getting another raise and is being put in charge of a major part of the hospital that he works at all with in a year.
