So I'm in a situation where I recently just talk to a property owner i'm in Columbus Ohio and the property is about three beds one bath has potential for spare room downstairs but the real question is she told me she owes 12,000 in property taxes she inherited property from her dad he paid cash on the property, he recently just passed away and she called me about selling and she let me know that she owes taxes she's looking to get 40 K out the property I was doing some of my research and I was noticing the properties are selling for about 50-80k then I went to the Franklin County clerks of courts and it says that she has a pending case open with a pre-foreclosure so I'm wondering will I still be able to wholesale the property and if anybody knows some general prices of remodeling a kitchen for a house in that price range, also remodeling bathrooms change indoors and refinishing floors house is about 925sqft because I'm still trying to figure out the estimated repair cost to make an offer ?

Robert Ellis thanks for the warm welcome its hard to actually get to the meets, the ones that I tend to try to go to are all in the afternoon and the job I work is second shift so that's what makes it difficult for me to get out there and network with people and get information because it's in the afternoon. My goals for 2017 will be to actually get a solid foundation of my business I would like build a team and also build strong relationships. I'm starting with varied to little capital so, I'm going to be doing a more creative wholesaling but I'm still educating myself because I'm fairly new but I would like to build my capital through Wholesaling so later this year I can actually get it to the flipping.

Hey my name is Lemont Williams ready to dive in and be a sponge to soak up some information and also once I get the information, I will be able to help out other new people that's in the same situation I'm in right now. I'm 19 about to be 20 in June. I'm looking to get into wholesaling and some fix and flips, I'm currently working at a warehouse building Honda seats and also have a part-time job at Home Depot in the paint department . I know BP is the place to meet a lot great people and I would love to be part of the community!
