Your probably saying 10% down and closing cost because of credit issues.
Because if you have 700 or better FICO scores, you should be able to find
investment loan products (95-100%) that allow you to keep your out of pocket expense way down. And allow for sellers to pay at least 3% toward your closing cost.

When you sit in front of your Lender make sure you have everything your going to need from them written down. You'll know if they have what you need when you start asking questions. Remember they need your business just as bad as you need their Loan products.

with out having A college Degree. Half the Realtors you meet will have no
