Please guys I knew to BP and real estate and would like to know if anyone has worked with Epic real estate company (Cash flow savvy) turnkey. They seem now be helpful but I'm between Norada, Epic real estate, USREEB. But leaning more towards epic real estate. Please help

Congrats on your awesomeness @Daniel Toshner. Interested in knowing how you are getting such high cash flow with turnkey properties as most them offer about $100-250 including capex. Also my goal is to own about 50 properties in 10 years. What are you doing to finance them? Thank

Hello everyone. Was interested in getting into Turnkey properties. Throughout my research on TK companies, 2 main ones have come up. Cash flow savvy and Norada Real estate. Has anyone used these companies, if so which do you recommend and can you give me some minor details about your experience with the company, whether good or bad. Thank you in advance
