Turnkey companies

Hello everyone. Was interested in getting into Turnkey properties. Throughout my research on TK companies, 2 main ones have come up. Cash flow savvy and Norada Real estate. Has anyone used these companies, if so which do you recommend and can you give me some minor details about your experience with the company, whether good or bad. Thank you in advance

I've heard good things about Norada.  I haven't heard as much about Cashflow Savvy at all.  I have not had direct dealings with either of them, though>

We sell turnkey properties in 2 markets in Ohio, so I'm "familiar" with many of them.  There are certainly hundreds of turnkey operators to choose from out there.

The best approach is asking yourself what your goals are and finding one that fits properly.

Our client wealth building intake sheet asks dozens of questions to ensure you have the right fit and the right plan:

Do you prefer A class markets with lower CAP rates and a higher class of tenant/safety profile, or do you prefer to maximize CAP rate and desire a C+/B class property?

Will you be funding with cash, loan, 1031, solo 401K or SDIRA, etc?

How many properties are you seeking and do you desire SFR, duplex, 3-4 units, etc?

Many things like this to ask yourself to ensure you find a company that has your goals at heart and aligns with your plans. Some companies only work with IRA investors, others only work with cash investors and won't allow finance for the first property - they all vary.
