We removed a dilapidated shed and 2 stories of end wall that the shed was attached to. Rebuilt the second story on LVLs with 2" x 6' sheathed with fire rated plywood and stucco. I will post progressive pics as the thread proceeds..

Well when I tried it the first time the template was already built with the various categories. So I assume what you are telling me is that I have to enter the categories myself, which is fine but do I have to do it every time?

Yes It is there, however it is not as detailed as my initial try. When I first used is before upgrading I was able to expand the repair cost and enter itemized details, such as roofing cost, concrete, Etc.
