Hello. I‘m just starting my real estate journey. I have a little experience in residential rental investing but I’m interested in getting into syndication. I would love to connect with someone who has been successful at syndication. I would love to learn from you. Thanks for your considering.

Thank you for your insight Jeron.

This analysis is for new construction.

I've been trying to get a realistic CapEx number for a single family home about 1300 sf in Brevard county Florida. The number I came up with was $4000 for the year which intuitively seems way too high. Does anyone else have numbers that they have come up with. I'm just looking for ballpark figures. Thanks.

Just getting started in real estate here in FL and I'm trying to estimate my capital expenditures. Does anyone have good estimates for costs and lifespans for roofing, water heater, appliances, driveway, flooring, plumbing, windows, paint, cabinets, structure, and components landscaping for a single family home in Brevard county? I just need ballpark estimates. I appreciate any help. Thanks.
