@Ray Fisher Thank you as well. I am currently in the process of borrowing against myself with the bank to build my credit, as well as a few other things. I am unfamiliar with the buy and hold properties, but I'll most definitely do my research. Would you consider turnkey properties a better route instead of buy and holds properties?

@Joshua Schmidt what would you consider as some great companies to start off my career as a real estate agent near the Little Rock Area?

@Jason G. I humbly appreciate your insight as well. Im about 64-70 credit hours out of 120 completed but I've hit a stump in the road . I wanted both pros and cons, because in order to complete my bachelors i'll most likely have to join the airforce for assistance.

@Frank Wong I humbly appreciate the adivce. I have a huge passion for real estate and creating passive income through such career. I've looked into gaining my real estate license but Arkansas market isn't huge on cashflow.

I currently am 21 years old. I previously attended college for free until I lost my academic scholarship due to my grades during this semester. Every since I have been young I have always wanted to have the option of retiring at a young age or simply be financially stable. As I previously pursed my BBA in Business, I began to notice that in life it's about your character and relationships with people that allow you to excel and also reach the financial goals you wish to obtain. To sum this up, I currently do not wish to go into depth for my college degree unless It's highly needed. I am very intrigued by ownership and investing. I currently work for UPS and basically living paycheck to paycheck.
I'd like to do what I love, and be in control of my time and the amount of revenue I make as of reflection of my work ethic. Although I don't have much capital, can anyone give me any suggestions on how, and where to start investing in properties, or investing in general?
