I am and healthcare professional and an optimist but also a strong believer in data. The data right now doesn’t look good. The only proven method thus far to stop the spread of this virus is what was adopted in China. I believe the response right now is more focused on saving the economy than saving the greatest assets of each economy which is human life. This could lead to more devastation and lengthen the economic effects. My opinion is, now is the time the time to protect your greatest asset (YOU). While most young and healthy people do survive the virus, you don’t want to find yourself in hospital during the peak of the spread. They might not be enough resources for you. We are already facing severe shortages and we are not even at the peak. If you can, stay in doors. No body really knows how the economy might turn out but that won’t matter if we don’t live long enough to see it. stay safe guys

We are focusing on the Carolinas for 2020 and the years to come. Charlotte will be our main hub. Looking at Raleigh-Durham-Chapel hill, and Greenville SC.  We look forward to networking with anyone else in any these markets and see how we could provide value to help grow your business.

Thanks for all the useful insights. This a myth we had to face early in our journey. Imagine sitting in front of an investor you are meeting for the first. And attempting to do your very first capital raise with a deal in hand and deadline to close. Recipe for disaster!!! Learned the hard way! Trust goes further than numbers. Your investors must trust you to want to business you. Regardless of how smoking hot your deal is

Some multifamily gurus teach students to focus on finding the deal and not raising money. Through our journey growing our syndication business, we have heard this notion propagated a few times. I am interested to know what other syndicators think. Does a good deal always attract the right money? Is this a viable strategy?

I want to regain control of my time. Once I finally figured out time was our most valuable asset I realized I had been giving away my most valuable asset for cheap. REI will give me the opportunity to be there for all my kid's activities. And be the mentor I long to be for them as they grow up.
