I have a deal in mind (recession proof), I have a floor plan, I have comps and also I have written a proposal and now I need an investor or investors for capital. 180 rental units from a floor plan suitable for building a high-rise apartment building, apartment complex or gated communities containing brownstones or townhouses. I'm ready to do all the leg work and I've already begun.

I am in need of a mentor to help me close my first deal (as soon as possible). I have recently left my job as a Realtor. I'm open to all suggestions but the more options the better because otherwise I will only have the few which I am suggested here. Thank you for your time
