You could entertain the idea of Seller Financing. Which is actually what I am trying to do for my first ever home. Im 23 and looking to move out, with low funds, seller financing seems like the way to go for me right now. I, too, want to acquire an owner occupied multifamily. Its unorthodox but I won't know until I try. 

I want to connect with other investors and try to learn and perhaps acquire my first ever home, over here in Worcester, MA.

I am 23 and I am trying to make a move on my first property to live in! Aiming for a Worcester MA, seller financed, owner occupied multi family. If anyone has any advice, I am all ears!
