Hello everyone!!!!

I have a REO under contract 6 days into my inspection period it was brought to my attention by the bank/listing agent that the bank doesn't not have a certificate of completion. After speaking with other people in the area the house was a burn down... Now my question is, Is this something the bank should clear up ? Being that there is a open permit on the property & will not have a clear title ?

OK that property sold 1 day on mls. When I went to get view the property a buyer was already there.... Which is fine, I have submitted 3 other offers on properties.... which I have the buyers already lined up....so I should hear something next week regarding the offers... I will continue to put offers eventually one will get accepted... GREAT thing is I got a good relationship with the listing Realtor, so I get a heads up on REOs from BofA... I just gotta pull the trigger quicker... I just wanted to give a update..... I will update next week with any news...
