Do you actually have to take a new class, or can you purchase some used materials from the a past class, and take the test? I found someone who had taken a class last year, and wants to get rid of their materials.

OK, so, what's the secret to doing these types of transactions?

Purchasing short sale properties, and either fix-n-flip or hold for 90 days, and resale.
