Hey Investors!

My names Liam Knoll. I live in Midland Ontario and am thinking of starting a Real Estate Investor Meet Up Group here in town. I'm just wondering if any of you organize events like this and if you would be willing to share your stories. I held a couple online meet ups over zoom which were super interesting, I learnt a lot from them. I've been doing some research but any information on finding a location, advertising the group, sponsors or whatever else you think may be important.

Bigger pockets has already helped me so much, this site is great!

@Massimo Salerno I think that it’s awesome that your living in Canada and investing in the US. I hold meet ups for investors over zoom and think it would be super interesting to have someone there who does that. Let me know if your interested, you could learn a lot too!

I see this is from a year ago so I'm not sure what's going on with your meet ups. If your are holding anything or want to set a meet up group up, I would definitely be interested. Right now in the midst of covid, it might be difficult, but once it's over I'm sure we could make something work if your interested!

I think it’s only going to keep expanding for a long time and the barrier of entry is just going to keep going up. I’d definitely consider investing there!!
