I am currently in my first stages of becoming a Rental property owner. My name is Libby and I currently live in the Fremont, OH area. I am learning to train my mind, that debt can be good. Trying to purchase a rental property with no personal cash down and just using debt. It is so hard to re-train my brain. Best advise i have heard so far, Don't work for money, have money work for you. Thank you for the support and good luck as well!
