Hello Per Markus

Use Finn.no.

Se How fast simular units rent out.

What kind of units go first and last.

Also a good market test to put out a add on Finn.no. And track How many people Call or send Mail.

Hello again @Richard Dyke.

Building a website is cheep and easy. But you will spend some nights, but it is fun:)

If you want to get startet here is some steps:
1. Get a domainname and hosting that have a one step setup for wordpress.
One.com is what i use and it cost about 3-400nok a year)
If you use this link i get 50nok ;) http://one.me/noaroojv

2. Find and buy a Wordpress theme (sort by best sellers or rating so you know they are user friendly.
https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress
I use "X" now, and it cost 64$:

3. Get some content and photos

4. Now you have a website and you have also learned how to do it.

Let mw know ones you are up and running.

Hello @Josef Dan Karlsson.

Buying a house with a apartment (or two) in the basement and/or over the garage is a smart move here in Norway. Just make sure they are legal and you are building wealth from day one.

And like @vegard says: For rental make sure you buy "selveierleiligheter".
Huseierne.no have some good info as well.

Let us know if you want some pointers in the right direction.
