If you can you should get your apartment for rent decorated and and get professional photos. 
It will cost you 10-15.000kr and I do belive you get about 1000kr extra a month. 
On top of that you will not have to decorated and get photos if you want to sell 
So I think it is a smart investment for your money 50-100% return ;) 

I try to do it on all mine now, but not on the one that are rented.
