Hey Guys, I've been in the Birmingham Market my whole life! I'd love to share some insight if yall have any questions about it! Its a growing market, and a great place to invest for flips and rentals. 

I heard the rental rate wasn't doing that well in the Huntsville market, do to the new construction. Im in the birmingham market and have been for a while. The rental market here is really good and id love to share more info on that 

@Lindsay Davis thank you so much for the advice! My family has been in it all my life. I'm currently with an investment brokerage but my end goal is to be an investor and feel the big shoes my parents are leaving me with!

Hi I'm from the Birmingham AL area. If you are interested here id love to give you some insight into where the best neighborhoods are. My family has invested here my whole life and its been very good to us. 

I would say Birmingham Al has a good rental market. Id love to talk more about it!
