Hi Eric Dowling,

I'm interested in both the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys, as well as the Westside.

Hello Bigger pockets community. My name is Linda, and I'm in the process of setting up my LLC, and setting up bookkeeping to do some flipping in the LA area. Although I've owned rental property and completed a couple of renovations in the past, finding and flipping my first property is still a big challenge, especially when you read about all the questionable wholesalers, "mentors" and such. I'd love to learn of any investor clubs in the West LA, Santa Monica area that the Pros out there would recommend, as well as any other advice. I've been trying to absorb all that is offered through the webinars and podcasts, but some feedback would be welcomed!

Cheers,

LC
