My biggest issue is understanding the repair cost. I need to figure out at least a way to have a baseline starting figure to use for my area. I'm in Houston, TX.

I would prefer to find a title company that has experience working well with investors. One that understands wholesaling and can handle a double closing or assignment of contract.
