Find boyfriend that work as contractor, seriously LOL rather than pay 40k for the guru.

My very best friend now is my contractor. I treat him better than I treat my GF, that's the secret LOL.

if you are nice to contractor that's all you need.

Really don't appreciate the obnoxious misogyny and condescending comments. It's unhelpful and just rude.

Looking for the same. I just sent you a pm

OK...what's the difference between Propstream and Flipster? What do you get with each? Did like or not like?

the guru has a bunch of students who pay the money ..

At that price, I suspect they don't get very many students at once.

No, there were about 100 people in the class and I think about 10% signed on for the two years. It's expensive but so are big mistakes. Having a coach can really help you avoid whopper rookie mistakes. I've paid for education and coaching for my current business with John Assaraf, and I learned how to invest in stock with Phil Town. They do kind of the same model. Both experiences were worth every dime and I made it back quickly. I guess I'm looking for mentoring from someone who's track record and reputation line up with my values and what I want to achieve. Do you have suggestions of how to vet people in my REI community?

I just sat through the three day flipping workshop and it was awesome! I learned a ton and I really like them. That said, the price for the program is $40k for two years. They promise to walk you through two flips the first year, get into an LTR the second year, help set up all your systems, and give you access to their databases and network. I want to do it but want to make sure I'm getting what I'll pay for. Anyone?
