So my partner and I are stating a real estate investing company. We need to find the answer to this million dollar question. CAN AN AGENT BUY PROPERTY UNDER A BUSINESS NAME THE SAME AS AN INVESTOR CAN? we are thinking about having our brokers licenses somewhere down the line and we know the rules when it comes to agents purchasing under their legal name for the first 2 years. Any help would be appreciated.

this is the perfect time for you to get creative with your investing or don't do it, one thing you can do is become an AUTHORIZED user on your parents credit cards. please do your own research on what that details. since you are working you could send out post cards to everyone in you area and wait for the calls to come in, this might take a while but when you talk to the sellers you can mention that you are willing to do seller financing. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH TO KNOW ALL THE DETAILS. Lastly you can just get a hard money loan which will cost you money up front to get the loan but you will be able to leverage their money to make you money. We all need help but the best way to get it is to just be honest with people and tell them you will work smart and hard for them and if you are sincere enough they will give you a chance.  REMEMBER PEOPLE WILL HELP YOU BUT NO ONE WILL CARRY YOU.
