@Donald Powell you can wholesale properties on the MLS or anywhere for that matter as long as YOU have it under contract with the seller and use the "assignment verbiage". While finding properties on the MLS is not wholesale strategy number 1, there are people that are doing it everyday in a very legal way. If you have doubts on the legality in your state ask an attorney to verify...Best of luck to you!!
