Sure thing Michael lee,

I'm hoping to get going this new year, I've been driving around my new neighbor hood to try and get a feel for whats out there, I'm learning more and more as i expose myself to my surroundings.

Goal for 2015; lower expenses, and get in the position to save more money. 2016 is to find a mentor and learn the ropes by doing something.

Hello BP's family, my name is Larry A James, I found Biggerpocket through searching for answers to my question about investing in real estate. My parents and grandparents owned real estate investment properties in the Los Angeles CA area many years ago, and as a parent myself i'm ready to take on the challenge of following my dreams of owning investment properties of my own.

Hey Venkat,
I heard a lot about private money lenders but I was not sure how to excute the approach. I am currently looking into going to a REI club meetings. I heard that that is a great place to start.

Thanks
Larry

Has any one stated their first deal with no money? If so what strategy did you use?

I am starting out and i'm thinking of just calling arond here in Phoenix Arizona and or driving around to talk to some MHP owners and try and work something out with them to get my first deal. I have learned alot just by reading post and watching videos but need an experts opinion.

Thanks

Larry
